The newest exhibition of Via Lucis photographs is at the Garret Gallery at the Fairfield County District Library. The exhibition opens on Friday, July 19 and is on display through Monday, July 29th. The Main Library is located at 219 North Broad Street in Lancaster. The gallery is on the third floor, accessible by elevator.

This exhibition features 29 photographs of Romanesque sculpture and is entitled “The Romanesque Imagination”. This is a featured exhibition for the 2019 Lancaster Art Walk and we will be meeting the public on Friday, July 19th to discuss the work and the photographs.

This exhibition is not about the iconographic programs of medieval historiated capitals, but rather an appreciation of the human imagination that created these sculptures
